I inhale deeply and breathe in the day and all of those blessings. I feel the sun on my face and the rest of my body. I smell the ocean and the vegetation that pulses with life and pungent scents.

I feel the sand massaging my feet as I walk knee deep in the water which is a perfect 68 degrees, refreshing and soothing.

I feel  the therapeutic sensations of my surroundings and take them all into every cell.  They permeate my being, washing over my mind and soul letting me know that my energy will always be, which gives me hope and purpose.  I am.  I am. I am. I repeat.  I am loving.  I am grateful.  I love life. I am good.  I love all of God's creatures.  I am blessed.

I sit on the beach with the water washing up over my crossed legs.  I  meditate and I seek the luminated ball of serenity, knowledge and wisdom. As I breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth, I take long, vitalizing, and meditative breaths  There is nothing else.  I am one with my surroundings, connected with the universe and all things.  I am at peace.  There is nothing else at all in that moment.  Only bliss.

I am now.

My mantra is Love, Gratitude, Humility, Acceptance, Balance.  I repeat my mantra over and over and over again until I  become IT.

I  breath IT. I  feel IT.  IT washes over me and now I live IT.  IT is me.  

IT has become the essence of my soul.

I am the master gardener of my mind and will cultivate the richest flowers and fruits that I can imagine.  I am the master weaver of both the inner garment of my character and the outer garment of my circumstance.  I create the causes of my own universe and the effects of my life and surroundings.  

I am THE Within that determines THE Without.

I am The Cause and I am The Effect of my Universe.

I weigh 178 pounds. I am at 90% lean muscle mass  I am in awesome shape and incredible fitness.  I am smiling.  This is the reward for my efforts

Life is good.  Healing is good.  Relationships are easy.  Each person is a child of God and perfect in their own way

I take advantage of all of my blessings and opportunities to provide service to others.
